WAIKATO 320 CLUSTER SETS
Large bore milk inlets and outlets improve milk flow and milk evacuation while promoting a stable dynamic milking environment. Interchangeable pulse blocks allow quick upgrades to be made with ease.
We use stainless steel dropper tubes from the deck port through the deck. This means that rubber ware changes are quick and easy and less rubber is required.
The pulsation is “rippled” for excellent vacuum stability and very quiet operation. Diaphragm operated pulsators deliver gentle pulsation to cleanly and gently milk cows.

The Filtered Air system delivers clean, filtered air to the pulsation system. This helps increase reliability and service intervals for the pulsators, while reducing pulsation noise during milking.
RECEIVER AND SANITARY TRAP
Receiver groups are critical to the overall performance of a milking system. Hand fabricated our receiver groups are made of high quality stainless steel, ensures you get the finest product.
Centrifugal milk pumps are a cost effective way to pump milk to the bulk tank and high volumes of wash water around a milking machine.
MILK PUMP VSD (SMARTDRIVE)
Designed to control the delivery of milk through the milk system to the bulk tank in a way that maintains a constant flow and maximises the cooling effect of plate heat exchangers and chillers.
Precision built top loading milk filters with 3A accreditation ensure every unwanted particle is captured. Single use, 80 micron paper sleeves are both economical to use and biodegradable.

MILK DELIVERY LINES
PLUMBING AND CONNECTION
The Milk Delivery Lines are the plumbing from the milk pump to the bulk milk tank. Hygiene pressure rated fittings are standard.
WASH WATER RETURN SYSTEM
Every Waikato milking system is installed with a wash water return system that enables wash water to be re-cycled and cleaning time maximised.
STAINLESS STEEL WASH TUB
Using 304 stainless steel, this delivers corrosion resistance from harsh wash detergents and excellent heat handling characteristics. Sized according to each plant size, making best use of space and reducing unneccessary heat loss.
JETTER WASH LINES
The Jetter Wash Lines are used to transfer the wash water to the milking system from the wash tub in the dairy.
The Waikato Milking Systems Air Injector has 3 adjustable parameters to allow easy setup for any machine type or size, giving you peace of mind that your machine is designed to clean correctly. Fitted with a Hush Kit to reduce operational noise.

G2 Cluster Washers provide a thorough cleaning of your milking system. Designed to maintain excellent plant hygiene G2 Cluster Washers are strong, robust and packed full of useful features.
Working together with a Variable Speed Drive, your Blower Vacuum Pump will operate quietly while producing reliable on-demand vacuum and speed control.
VACUUM PUMP VSD (SMARTDRIVE)
A Vacuum Pump VSD delivers only the vacuum required by the milking plant, significantly reducing power consumption, while lowering noise in the dairy. Waikato VSD solutions are designed specifically for dairy environments.
MAIN AIR LINES
The main air line transfers vacuum from the vacuum pump to the milking system. We use stainless steel from the Sanitary Trap to the interceptor.
