The wash component of the Supa4 uses a Hurricane Slugwash system. It was designed specifically for Supa4 and is the best cleaning system of its type. 

It incorporates a very unique transition cone to enable the wash water to be controlled in a more precise way. That ensures the end of the milk line is thoroughly cleaned every time.  

The wash system can be tuned in any of three different ways: The wash tub valve; a restrictor disk inline or flow-controlled cluster washers. The air injector has almost limitless control enabling an accurate slug volume to be maintained.

A Waikato Loopline is a 75mm twin pipeline mid-line swing-over milking system.  

Loopline milking systems are renown for maintaining stable vacuum during milking and are capable of milking faster than smaller more conventional pipeline systems.    

Designed to maximise milking efficiency and their ease of use, a Waikato Loopline offers a reliable, well proven solution for swing-over In-Line parlours. 

Like the premium 100mm Waikato Supa4, a Waikato Loopline is modular in construction and installed to strict company guidelines thus ensuring that product integrity is maintained to a very high standard. 

Operating a Waikato Loopline is a simple, understandable process made easy by the quality of the engineering, the placement of valves and the power of the slug wash system. The Loopline is designed to be a very simple machine to operate. The key features are its milking ability, its vacuum stability maintained during milking is excellent and the wash system is foolproof. 

It uses a 32mm air injector to assist the wash system which can be tuned or adjusted to create the right wash scenario inside the milk line. 

Looplines have been around a long time and in the northern hemisphere are the common milking machines.

A Waikato Loopline in this configuration is aptly called a 75mm double up low line. It uses two 75mm milk pipes configured in a low line parlour.

Loopline milking systems are renown for maintaining stable vacuum during milking and are capable of milking faster than smaller more conventional pipeline systems.

The Lowline configuration is such that the milk goes from the cow, downhill, there is no need to draw it up. 

The Lowline system has one of the oldest known configurations and suits automation well because it can be put on either side of the dairy. 

It was designed originally for high producing northern hemisphere cows but it has been adopted over time to suit any purpose. It’s real benefit is when there are two groups of milkers, one on each side.
