Waikato Milking Systems is putting the finishing touches on its Fieldays site which promises to be one of its biggest offerings at the annual event.
Upgrades and milking automation will be the key focus at this year’s event, from June 12-15.
The site will be geared towards helping farmers discover how they can get more out of their existing products and systems, whether that be upgrading technology or dairy systems.
The company’s Fieldays site has been expanded this year, to reflect its commitment to the New Zealand market, and to accommodate new products and technology designed to help farmers grow the value of dairy. The larger site will offer more room for Hi-Tech Enviro Solutions, which will be fully integrated with Waikato Milking Systems from June 1.
Hi-Tech’s products and services will be known as our Effluent and Environmental product line and stand as a core product of the business.
The emerging sheep dairy industry and the developed niche goat dairy industry will also be among the new features Waikato Milking Systems will showcase at Fieldays.
There will also be a focus on the company’s latest Centrus Composite Rotary platform, advances in milking automation technology and the NaviGate dairy management hub.
An interactive computer display will take visitors on a virtual tour of a dairy, where people will be able to understand how the technology and components of a milking system work.
